This adaptive re-use project began with an empty 1960’s warehouse in the heart of Atlanta’s flourishing West Midtown neighborhood and transformed the space into a contemporary showroom for Natuzzi Italia’s luxury furniture lines.

The compact site and aging structure raised unique and interesting challenges to overcome. Ultimately, however, the modern overhaul provided the brand with a perfect exhibit to highlight their aesthetic while avoiding the need for wasteful demolition and costly new construction.
